Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Usually we have everything in stock and ready to ship. Processing the payment will take 24 hs approximately. Shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on location.
We also deliver to any forwarder in the US territory if you are exporting the equipment
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Missing or Damaged Items
You have 15 days from the delivery date to report any missing or damaged items that occurred during shipping. Claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item(s) when contacting us.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.ledmarketusa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Free Shipping Limitations
Some products may not qualify for free shipping due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements. Items such as individual LED panels or oversized equipment may include additional shipping fees.
