Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for products that have not yet been delivered. Once a product has been delivered, opened, used, or installed, it is not eligible for return. All returned equipment must be unused and in its original packaging. Partial returns are not accepted — only full orders may be returned. This refund policy applies exclusively to Mirackle products.

2. Fees & Shipping Costs

A 20% restocking fee, along with all shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for any additional fees associated with the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Photos may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: custom or special-order items, items marked as final sale, and used products or products showing signs of installation.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These shipping charges are non-refundable.
