LED panels and components manufactured by Mirackle are covered by a three (3) year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty is provided directly by Mirackle, the manufacturer of the LED panels and components.
This warranty covers all internal components of Mirackle-manufactured LED panels. During the warranty period, Mirackle will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective due to defects in materials or workmanship, at no cost, provided the product has been used under normal operating conditions and properly maintained.
This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:
Accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, lightning, or other natural disasters
Improper installation, setup, handling, or storage
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or cracks that do not affect performance
Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
Failure to follow product instructions, guidelines, or technical recommendations
All video processors manufactured by Novastar and sold through LED Market are covered by a limited one (1) year warranty provided exclusively by Novastar. All warranty claims, technical support, and related services must be handled directly through Novastar. LED Market does not assume responsibility for the administration, execution, or enforcement of Novastar’s warranty program.
